Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

The Position

The CSR is the first member of staff spoken to by any caller of our Customer Service Number. As the manager of first impressions, they always present a friendly and professional "over the phone" manner. The CSR will expertly answer client telephone calls. Pleasant voice, great telephone etiquette, recognition skills and an outgoing personality is a necessity.

Responsibilities

  • Manages CSR desk at all times except when out of the office or on break.
  • Arranges with another designated member of staff for desk/phones to be covered when CSR is absent
  • Answers all phone calls in a friendly but professional manner
  • Provide information about products to customers
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Suggest products to customer after understanding their requirements
  • Guide customer to purchase through mytayardotcom
  • Enter customer purchase on website and handover to customer for payment process
  • Assist other staff with general administrative tasks as needed
